These Terms and Conditions belong to the company MICHELLE NASSAR, SA (hereinafter, "MICHELLE NASSAR") and are binding for the use of this website (hereinafter the Site).

  1. PURCHASE CONDITIONS

 By using the Site, Clients accept that the acquisition of goods, enjoy promotions, discounts, activities and any commercial activity carried out through the Site or through digital media owned by MICHELLE NASSAR, will be subject to the delivery policies, of exchanges and returns and in general, of MICHELLE NASSAR, in accordance with said terms as stated on the Site.

In the event that any provision or provisions of these Terms and Conditions were considered null or void, in whole or in part, by any Court, Tribunal or competent administrative body, said Invalidity or non-application will not affect the other provisions of the Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions, as well as the relationship between the Client and MICHELLE NASSAR, are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Both the Client and MICHELLE NASSAR agree that any litigation or controversy arising from, or related to the use of the Site, as well as the interpretation, application, execution and termination thereof, including, but not limited to the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions of the Site must be resolved by means of Arbitration, prior attempt at Conciliation, by the Center for Conciliation and Arbitration of Panama, in accordance with its procedural rules.

  • Home deliveries in Panama City: Free.
  • Home deliveries in the rest of the country: It will be calculated depending on the place of delivery.

    • Europe $ 40.00

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

In accordance with the provisions of the Terms and Conditions , when using the Site, Clients accept that the acquisition of goods made through the Site or through means owned by MICHELLE NASSAR, will be subject to this policy of exchanges and returns. : 

 

  1. PROCEDURE AND CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
  • The Client must send an email to returns@michellenassar.com within 7 days after the purchase, and include the following information:  
    • Reason for return
    • Invoice
    • Photo in case of damage.
  • Subsequently, the Client will be receiving a response by email from MICHELLE NASSAR, who will help the Client to make the change or return.
  • The product must be sent in its original packaging and all its tags and labels.
  • The Client will mail the product and pay for the corresponding expenses according to the Shipping Policy.
  • Merchandise that cannot be exchanged or returned: Discounted merchandise, unpacked bathing suits, used masks, accessories, white garments and washed garments are not subject to change. 

 

  1. REFUND CONDITIONS
  • The refund will be applied once it is validated under the guidelines mentioned in the procedure.
  • The money will be credited in the same form of payment in which the purchase was made.
  • The money corresponding to the value of the garment applies for the refund, does not include the shipping costs incurred for the return or the original shipping cost.
  • The client must bear the costs of international transfers.
